When You place an order with the tide You are agreeing to ALL the Terms and Conditions as laid down on this page. Failure to
adhere to these Terms and Conditions will result in Your order being terminated.
Stock levels
Although we work hard to maintain and modify our Stock levels, we will not be held liable for Items selling out before we can amend
our website stock levels. If we cannot supply an Item advertised on our site, we will contact you before we process your order.

The delivery and packing charge will be calculated by the combined weight and size of Your order and Your chosen delivery method.

Cancellation

Customer Returns
We offer a 30 days Returns policy.
In the unlikely event that You are not entirely happy with Your purchase, You can return the Item to us for a refund or exchange.

We take great care to ensure that all orders are packed securely to avoid damage.

the tide Gift vouchers are available from our Store, and can be made out to any denomination over £5.00. Gift vouchers cannot be re-
deemed for cash. Gift vouchers are valid for 12 Months from the issue date.

Cancellation

| Sale Items MUST be returned within 7 days of receipt. Sale Items are only available to Customers for a limited time, and | |
| returned Sale Items will need to be available for re-sale before the sale or a promotion ends. | ||
| Because we do not retain Your Credit/Debit Card details, we will need to contact You by telephone to request Your details | |
| before we can refund Your account. Please keep a copy of Your order number at hand, as we will quote this number to You for Your security. | ||

| Hand made Items may vary slightly in size, shape or colour. This will not be deemed as damage. | |
